4 ways to Repair Hair Damage and attain Hair Growth using Plant Based Hair Conditioner
Frequently Asked Questions about Juci Roots #1 Product, the Multi Use Conditioner
What is the Multi Use Conditioner?
My husband, Darnell, created the Juci Roots brand when I was suffering from hair damage and hair loss. The Multi Use Conditioner was the first plant based hair conditioner in our roster, and set the standard for all the rest. It is meant to be raw "Hair Food". When you're not feeling well and you need some vitamin C, this conditioner is the vitamin C tablet for your hair and scalp. The Multi Use Conditioner is full of the hair and scalps best raw nutrients to encourage health, strength, moisture, and growth.
What's in the Multi Use conditioner?
The plant based, vegan ingredients we use were chosen all for a specific purpose and function. All of them are raw and cold pressed and stored in glass to insure that the minerals and nutrients remain intact during use and storage. View for each benefit.
Multi Use Conditioner Ingredients
Reverse Osmosis Water
Natures number one moisturizer. The only true ingredient that penetrates the hair follicle with all the moisture it needs. All oil and butters used afterward simply seal in the water, helping you to maintain the natural moisture. We chose to filter the water to remove all the hard water and chemicals from the product, which can cause hair damage.
Shea Butter
Nature's natural nourishing conditioner that can protect the hair and scalp from UV rays and heat, locks in moisture, and soothe an irritated scalp, such as eczema or psoriasis. Shea butter absorbs into the scalp and hair follicle, smoothing down flyaways and frizz, and takes the other ingredients inside the hair follicle with it.
Coconut Oil
With larger molecules that don't absorb so well, we only use a small amount of Coconut Oil in our formula to strengthen and moisturize the hair follicles with the natural fatty acids.
Jojoba Oil
One of the best natural moisturizers used to help with blood flow and circulation to the scalp. Very nourishing and mineral rich with vitamin C, copper, zinc, vitamin E, and B vitamins.
Jamaican Black Castor Oil
One of our main growth promoters, full of Omega 9 and Omega 6 fatty acids. It helps to remove toxins and fungi from the scalp for better circulation, making way for moisture, locking it in for growth. Preventing breakage and protecting from further hair damage.
Apricot Oil
This lighter oil comes behind all the others, moisturizing the super fine and small hairs that the other oils may have skipped, making sure we care for every hair on your head. It attracts hydration to the scalp and hair follicles, preventing dryness.
Sweet Almond Oil
A natural emollient, Sweet Almond oil helps to repair damage and lock in moisture. Great for those who use tons of heat when styling, as it reduces friction against the hair strand, preventing damage.
Olive Oil
Antibacterial, anti-fungal, and used to treat the scalp from any issues. We aim to unclog follicles, which is one of the main causes for hair loss. It also increases hair elasticity, and smoothes down any split ends.
Vitamin B7
More commonly known as Biotin, we use this in its purest form. While usually ingested, we use the water soluble version to skip the long journey and get the nutrients directly to the hair follicle, encouraging thickness, strength, and hair growth.
Spearmint Essential Oil
Another anti fungal and antibacterial formulation from nature to help keep the scalp clean, preventing clogging and inflammation. It is used to bring blood flow to the scalp, reducing hair fall and balancing hormones.
What's the Best way to use the Multi Use Conditioner to get results?
The Beauty of this product is that you can use it in the way that is best for you to get the same result, which is health, growth, moisture, softer and stronger hair. Here are 4 ways you can attain you goal:
1) Hair Masking: This is the best option if your hair is suffering from damage, dryness, thinning, and shedding. Allowing the formula to soak into the scalp and strands is beneficial to help repair damage and restore hydration and moisture in hair that has been lacking. Massage your scalp to encourage more blood flow, and cover with a conditioning cap for at least 15 minutes. Feel free to keep the conditioner in for as long as you feel you need. Use the Multi Use Conditioner as a Pre Poo or Hair Mask on wash days to improve the health and condition of your hair. Shampoo out completely and finish up with your normal routine.
2) Leave In Conditioner: If you have female pattern balding, bald spots, alopecia, frizz, and dry hair, use the Multi Use Conditioner as a leave in on wet or dry hair, whatever feels better to your hair. A drop of Multi Use Conditioner is enough to cover an entire head of fine hair or straight hair types. If more is needed for waves, curls, or kinks, adding a drop at a time is encouraged. Use as needed, depending on how your hair feels to you.
Bald Spot/ Alopecia
Apply a drop of Multi Use Conditioner to your finger tips, and apply directly to the balding areas. Massage until all of the product has been absorbed. You can do this daily or twice a day to regrow hair.
3) Dyes, Bleach, and High Lift Processing: Yes, the Multi Use Conditioner is safe for colored hair. Salons have used the product to keep the health and integrity of the hair strand intact while using harsh chemicals. Simply mix your color to its desired consistency, aadd 1 teaspoon of conditioner, mix well, and apply as you normally would. This prevents the fried sensation dyes can leave on the hair. Using the Multi Use Conditioner as a leave in on colored hair is highly encouraged to prevent that excessive dryness that can occur.
4) Heat Protection: On damp hair, apply one drop of the Multi Use Conditioner into the palm, rub hands together to mix, then apply to the scalp and strands. Afterwards, blow dry and use tools as needed. Hair should be moisturized with a light and fluffy finish.
Will the Multi Use Conditioner make my hair oily?
While it is comprised with many different oils, water, and a natural butter, this formula has a light texture, with some slip, making it a lightweight serum in nature. A drop is enough to cover an entire head of fine hair or straight hair types. If more is needed, adding a drop at a time is encouraged. However, if used as a Leave In incorrectly, it can add weight to the hair follicle, which is not the goal. We only need a thin coat on the hands and applied directly to the scalp and hair follicles to be effective.
Any allergies in the Multi Use Conditioner?
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients, we do not recommend using the Multi Use Conditioner. The ingredients we use are in its raw form, cold pressed, and potent. An allergic reaction can indeed occur. Try out our Mini Multi Use Conditioner to make sure it is the best fit for your hair journey.
