Juci Roots will ship and insure all products with USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Every order will have an assigned confirmation number to keep track of shipping. If you have special shipping needs please email us at [email protected] to specify needs.

Orders placed on holidays, weekends and Fridays will be processed and shipped the following week. Allow 3-5 business days after payment is made for your Juci Roots products to be shipped.

 

International shipping may have a delay compared to domestic shipping. All tracking information will be provided. Please confirm that the address you list in the order is correct. If the address you provide is incorrect and your was package has shipped, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. 

Return Policy

We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale. All disputes must be filed within 1 business day after your order has arrived. Open, used, or tampered Juci Roots products cannot be resold, therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL POLICIES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Lost/Stolen Packages

If your Juci Roots package has been lost/stolen, please contact your mail carrier and file a dispute.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned or undelivered, we will contact you by email or phone to verify the correct address. Once the purchaser verifies address and confirms reshipment, an additional reshipping fee will be charged. If shipping was free for the order and the purchaser confirms reshipment, the purchaser is now responsible for the reshipment fees. If we cannot make contact with the purchaser,  we will issue a refund for the amount of the product order not including shipping.

Exchanges 

Provide the order receipt to [email protected] and we will contact you back. Any Juci Roots Products that are purchased from separate retailers, website, or distributors,  must contact the business from which it was purchased and follow their return policy.

Incorrect Items

Packaging or incorrect item errors can happen,  and we are glad to correct any errors. Contact us at [email protected] within 1 business day of receiving product, providing the date of delivery and order confirmation. We will supply a return label for the product that has been incorrectly shipped to you. Incorrect items must be returned UNOPENED and UNUSED. If the item was used, you will need to make a new order for the correct items. If used items are returned, you will need to make a new order to receive the correct products, as used items cannot be resold. Once the unused and unopened incorrect items are returned, the correct order items will be shipped out withing 3-5 business days.

Damaged Items

Juci Roots Co. checks and double checks items before they are shipped out to ensure we are not shipping out damaged items. Please inspect the package once received for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. Packages may show signs of wear which is normal.

 

If excessive damages have occurred to your shipment:

 

Within 1 business day of delivery, take a photo of the damages, such as ripped packaging, spilled, or broken products, and immediately contact you mail carrier to file a dispute (all shipped items are insured through the mail carrier). Copy of damage claim must be forwarded to [email protected]

 

Within 1 business day of delivery, take pictures of the damaged package, and any spilled or broken products, and email them to [email protected] along with the photo details, such as the time and date stamp, order number, a copy of the claim filed with the mail carrier.

Cancellation Policy

Orders must be canceled BEFORE products are shipped out. If product has been shipped,  it is in the process of delivery and cannot be changed or canceled. If you have not received a tracking number yet and your product was shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

No. Unless Juci Roots is promoting a sale, coupon, or special, the full price is listed in the product store.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TEAR-FREE?

No, our products are not tear-free.

DO YOU HAVE NUT ALLERGIES? IF SO,DO YOU HAVE ANY PRODUCTS THAT CONTAIN NUTS?

Sweet Almond Oil and Coconut Oil are main ingredients. You can check the ingredients for each of our products in the “Multi-use Conditioner" tab.
 

IT IS REALLY FOR ALL HAIR TYPES?

Yes. Hair is hair. It all takes the same vitamins to thrive. However, uses can vary by hair type. The straighter the pattern the less you need. More curls, more product! Start with 1-2 sprays and rub the product around. If you need more than that, go for it! A little goes a long way. No need to over spray. Read product label for more details.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS?

No. Juci Roots products are considered hygiene products, and therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please refer to the Return Policy.

MY SPRAYER FEELS CLOGGED. WHAT DO I DO?

Make sure the sprayer is UNLOCKED! Right under the nozzle, the is a button that says "Lock" on one side, and "Unlock" on the other.

DO YOU DO LOCAL PICK UP IF I WANT TO BUY PRODUCT?

No. Due to the amount of no shows and cancellations, we had to cancel the delivery service. Please order from online store on the Juci Roots website, or at a live event or presentation.

DO THE CREAMS COME IN A BIGGER SIZE?

Not at this time. 2oz creams are available. However, we are looking into getting larger quantities of product.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we currently do ship internationally, including Canada. We ship to all 50 United States and its territories as well. Customer pays for shipping costs for all internationally sales.
