Juci Roots will ship all products with USPS First Class or Priority Mail (insured). Every order will have an assigned confirmation number to keep track of shipping. If you have special shipping needs please email us at [email protected] to specify.

Orders placed during the holidays, during a promotion, or weekends will be processed and shipped the following week. Allow 5-7 business days after payment is made for your Juci Roots products to be shipped. 

 

If the address you provide is incorrect and your was package has shipped, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. 

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds at this time. All sales are final.

Lost, Stolen Packages, Not tracking

If a package has been lost, or stolen, or not tracking, please contact your mail carrier and file a dispute

Delivered Packages

If a package is marked as delivered on the tracking, and you claim you did not receive you purchase, the purchaser will be invoiced and responsible for the new shipping costs that includes delivery with signature, and, for excessive losses,  an order replacement fee.

Missing Contents

Each package has a packing slip check off list. Items are checked off as they are placed into the shipping packaging, and a photo is taken to verify before the package is sealed. If an item was not included, please contact your mail carrier and file a dispute

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned or undelivered, we will contact you by email to verify the address. If the order was shipped, and the provided recipient address was incorrect, the purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs.

Exchanges 

All products are handmade with great care with 100% natural ingredients. Consistency can vary. We are not accepting exchanges at this time. 

Incorrect Items

If the items received do not match your order, contact us at [email protected] within 7 business days of delivery.  We will supply a return label for the product that has been incorrectly shipped to you. Incorrect items must be returned UNOPENED and UNUSED.  After items are received, the correct order will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.

Damaged Items

If excessive damages have occurred to your shipment, please contact your mail carrier and file a dispute immediately, and include photos of the damage.

Orders must be canceled BEFORE products are shipped out. If order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

No. Due to COVID-19 and sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please refer to the Return Policy.

No. All products are handmade, and consistency can vary. All 100% natural ingredients are the same and will not be changed.

MY PACKAGE TRACKING SAYS "DELIVERED", BUT I DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO? CAN YOU RESHIP?

Once a package is delivered to the carrier, it is out of our hands. Please file a claim with the mail carrier immediately. For reshipment, we will invoice the shipping with required signature to confirm delivery, and, for excessive losses, an order replacement fee.

I BOUGHT JUCI ROOTS FOR A DISCOUNT PRICE AT AN EVENT. CAN I PURCHASE FOR THE SAME PRICE?

No. Unless Juci Roots is promoting a sale, coupon, or special, the full price is listed in the product store.

IT IS REALLY FOR ALL HAIR TYPES?

Yes. Hair is hair. It all takes the same vitamins to thrive. However, uses can vary by hair type. Read product label for more details.

MY SPRAYER FEELS CLOGGED. WHAT DO I DO?

Make sure the sprayer is UNLOCKED! Right under the nozzle, the is a button that says "Lock" on one side, and "Unlock" on the other. Your bottle may be too cold. Sit it in the sun or in a warm area to loosen it up. If it still feels clogged, at a little water to loosen it up.

DO THE CREAMS COME IN A BIGGER SIZE?

Yes!  2oz and 8oz creams are available.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we currently do ship internationally, including Canada. We ship to all 50 United States and its territories as well. Customer pays for shipping costs for all internationally sales.
